DJS Research Secures Contract With Jeanette Crizzle Trust

London, UK, 14th May 2007. Market research consultancy, DJS Research has been awarded a 5 year contract by Jeanette Crizzle Trust to monitor and track awareness of blood, organs/tissues and bone marrow donation within the UK.

The study has been commissioned to track the effectiveness of a Government education programme, which will be launched in September 2007. An education pack will be distributed to all schools, aimed at promoting awareness among 14 to 16 year olds. The Chairman of the Jeanette Crizzle Trust said:

“Having looked at a number of research organisations DJS stood out as a company who are proven in the level of research necessary to complete Government reports. We were looking for a quality organisation to work with us and we believe we have found that in DJS”                

Commenting on the contract win, Danny Sims from DJS Research said:

"We are delighted to be getting involved with the Jeanette Crizzle Trust. Our independent research will be crucial in tracking the effectiveness of the Government education programme. The first wave of research, to be carried out in June 2007, will provide us with an initial benchmark level of awareness. Subsequent waves will then enable us to track progress of how the Government education programme is impacting on awareness levels and the number of registered donors" 

The project with DJS is due to commence in June 2007 and is likely to be an annual survey. Apart from carrying out the research, DJS has also been commissioned to write an annual report to the Health Minister. The intention is that the first report will be submitted in September 2007.
