TNS FINANCE ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF ABT ASSOCIATES’ FINANCIAL SERVICES RESEARCH PRACTICE

TNS Finance acquires team of experts in applying rigorous research techniques helping financial institutions achieve their business goals

London, UK. 10th May 2007 – TNS, a world leader in market information, today announces the acquisition of the Financial Services Research practice of Abt Associates in the United States. This new partnership with Abt Associates will further enhance the ability of TNS Finance to deliver deeper and more actionable insights to clients so they can achieve their business performance and customer satisfaction objectives.

Two key principles joining TNS as part of the acquisition include Mr. Scott Rosa as Senior Vice President and Ms. Sarita Bhagwat as Vice President.  Scott and Sarita will be managing the merger of the two organizations as they integrate their Abt Associates practice into TNS Finance.  Scott brings over 25 years of financial services experience, providing research and advisory services to many of the largest and most dynamic firms in the industry. Sarita has over a decade of experience in market research with a specialty expertise in new product development and payment method technologies.
