Brahm is launching a new specialist regeneration and property development marketing division in Cannes on 14th to 17th March 2006, at MIPIM, the world's leading real estate event, www.mipim.com. Brahm will provide specialist advice to develop and implement bespoke through the line communications strategies based on its insight and in-depth understanding of the regeneration and property development sectors.
The new specialist service includes: research; public consultation; event and exhibition management; new media; advertising; branding; design; and PR. Campaigns will be coordinated by a designated account team with one central point of contact responsible for the integration of all marketing communications, ensuring continuity of brand and message.
Urban and rural regeneration and property development have been growing increasingly competitive as towns, cities and regions compete to redevelop in order to attract new investment, create new residential and office accommodation and attract more visitors. Brahm’s expertise has grown out of an extensive repertoire of clients within the regeneration, property development and tourism sectors.
