London October 11th 2007 – TNS has recently appointed Renaud Collery as Head of Global Operations. In this newly created position reporting to TNS’s Chief Executive, Mr Collery will focus on optimising TNS’s efficiencies in processes and systems, and on developing the company’s ability to drive improvements across the group, while maintaining the highest level of quality and service to clients.
Mr Collery is an experienced senior executive, who spent nearly nine years at Dell as Vice President and General Manager, and as a member of Dell’s European Executive Committee. He was also President of Dell Canada and ran Dell’s Home, Small and Medium Business in Europe. Prior to Dell, Mr Collery worked for five years with Bain & Company, the strategy consulting firm. His prior working experience also includes Alliance Boots, General Electric, Altran and Telemecanique (Schneider Group). Mr Collery holds an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Information Technology.
