We are delighted to announce that Pam Armstrong has taken over as MD of our Consumer Products and Retail division. Pam started at GfK NOP over 18 years ago, progressing rapidly from Research Executive to Director, during which she has worked on a wide range of projects with a variety of clients. Pam’s particular areas of expertise are Shopper Insight and segmentation research.

Pam comments "The sector faces some core challenges ahead with many of our clients already being affected by the downturn that seems to be tightening its grip on the country. Both consumer brand manufacturers and retailers are going to have to work hard and smarter to win and retain customers and our challenge is to support our clients by continuing to provide cost-effective, action-orientated insight to aid both strategic and tactical business planning. Both I and the team are looking forward to taking on that challenge.”
