Globalpark (www.globalpark.com), a leading provider of panel, community and survey software, today announces that Christian Research has chosen its software to power its Faith Journey project, an initiative which aims to compile the UK’s first comprehensive collection of faith journeys.
Faith Journey is an ecumenical project funded by organisations including Alpha, the Salvation Army, Baptist Union and Bible Society.
Globalpark’s Enterprise Feedback Suite is being used to create a community where Christians are encouraged to tell their own story of how they came to faith (https://www.faith-journeys.com/).
Contributors can use blogging, bulletin boards and chat rooms to connect with other members and share their experiences.
Multimedia features also enable participants to upload pictures and videos to accompany their stories.
The research, which is the first of its kind in the UK, enables Christian Research to understand faith journeys in near real-time as contributors record the ups and downs of their experiences.
Benita Hewitt, Director of Christian Research said
“Globalpark has enabled us to gain new insights into people’s innermost feelings and beliefs. We now have an unprecedented understanding of the triggers and paths to faith in the UK, which provides a real revelation to the wider Christian population. Creating a feedback community has added real depth to our research; we are now able to connect respondents at multiple points in their journey and track their experiences over time. Additionally, the multimedia and interactive forums will encourage participants to connect with each other, and will become tools for further support and understanding within the community."
“We are proud to be able to assist Christian Research with such a landmark project. The Faith Journey community provides insights into a highly-sensitive area that might otherwise go unexplored.” said Alex Wilke, Managing Director of Globalpark UK.
