BMRB has won two of the four BMRA Research Business Effectiveness Awards for 2005, the Award for Best Agency and the Award for Quality & Service Excellence.

BMRB was also shortlisted for the Award for People Management.

Designed to recognise excellence in business innovation, management, quality and customer service among BMRA member companies, the awards celebrate the very best in market research practice and attract fierce competition from across the industry.

The award winners were announced at the prestigious MRS Research Excellence & Effectiveness Awards ceremony at The Park Lane Hotel, London, on 25 October 2005. The judging panel comprised of Alison Henderson, AURA Chair and Customer Insight Manager for Transport for London; Janet Miles, Head of Customer Insight at Mitchells and Butler; BMRA Chairman Ivor Stocker and BMRA Deputy Chairman Richard Sheldrake.
