FreshMinds Research, one of the leading research consultancies in the UK, today announced nine-new joiners on the back of record results from the past 6-months.

FreshMinds Research – part of the FreshMinds Group – was established in 2000 by entrepreneurs Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond. The company has seen its turnover grow by over a fifth in the past six months as a result of a number of client wins that include VisitBritain and Roche, and in response to this growth, FreshMinds Research has made appointments across its three key teams.

The Consumer Team has been strengthened with the addition of Mike Granleese PhD, Nicola Spitzer, Caroline Maricourt, and Alex Rubner.  Granleese has joined as Research Manager and was previously employed at TNS-Research International where he worked in the Policy Research Team undertaking qualitative research across a variety of client accounts.

Spitzer has also joined as a Research Manager from Wine Intelligence where she was responsible for a range of clients across a number of sectors, working on projects that included large multi-county studies.  Maricourt and Rubner have both joined as Research Analysts.

The Financial Services and Professional Services Team has expanded with a number of new joiners including Louisa Hunter, James Cope and Henry Palmer.

Hunter has been appointed as Research Consultant and was previously at KAE where she was responsible for managing and delivering strategy-based projects for blue chip clients across a number of sectors.

Cope has joined as Research Manager and was previously at Basis Research where he worked with the qualitative research team, undertaking the co-ordination of large international research projects across multiple markets. Palmer has joined as a Research Analyst.

The Public Services Team has been bolstered with the addition of Danielle Kidd and Adam Wilson.  Kidd has been appointed as Research Manager and was previously at Kantar Worldpanel where she was responsible for managing projects within this specialist team, working across a number of areas including FMCG, Personal Care and Telecoms. Wilson has joined the team as a Research Analyst.

Caroline Plumb, CEO of the FreshMinds Group, commented,
“These latest figures are testament to the success of FreshMinds Research. We have developed an enviable reputation for our commitment to hire the highest calibre of staff who continue to deliver truly remarkable insights, helping our broad range of clients to gain a competitive advantage. We welcome our new joiners and look forward to further growth of FreshMinds Research in 2011”.
