Globalpark, a leading provider of panel community and survey software,  has released version 8.0 of its Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS). The software platform gives marketing and research teams the ability to capture the “voice of the customer” through multiple channels and convert this feedback into actionable insights.

“EFS 8.0 is a major step foward. For the first time, market researchers seamlessly recruit and gather customer feedback directly in Facebook. And to analyze this feedback efficiently, we have developed a completely new visual analysis and reporting module,” said Lorenz Graef, CEO at Globalpark.

EFS 8.0 is a complete solution to enable companies to gather their customers’ experiences, feedback and opinions across the whole range of digital touch points (online, social, mobile and local).

The Facebook interface, introduced as Social Insight Connect in January of this year, is now standard within the platform. By connecting to the world’s largest social network, marketing and market research managers have new ways to engage, understand and activate their Facebook fans – thereby expanding reach, response rates, and turnaround time.

The Analysis Suite is another completely new development. It consists of two modules: Reporting+ and Qualitative Analysis. Reporting+ gives the ability to run complex analyses of statistical data with an intuitive graphical user interface, and generate charts in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and HTML at the click of a mouse. Qualitative Analysis complements this functionality and provides an efficient tool for coding and analyzing open ends.

“In addition to the new modules, we have made countless enhancements in EFS 8.0 to promote superior web experiences and interoperability of feedback data,” said Oliver Trabert, CTO at Globalpark. “We have put a lot of work into the architecture of the platform, so that our clients can connect EFS to existing CRM, BI or ERP systems even more easily.”

Globalpark’s Enterprise Feedback Suite is in use at over 350 international businesses and market research companies. For more detail about 8.0, please visit:
