InsightsNow has hired industry expert, Wally Balden, who brings over 30 years of executive research experience to InsightsNow and their clients. Wally will manage and strengthen client relationships to help fulfill their innovation, product marketing and strategic planning needs.

Wally invested the first 20+ years of his career in Consumer Packaged Goods research, working at Ralston Purina, Seven-Up, Sara Lee and McCormick Spices.
He has also worked on the supplier side at both Maritz Research and Synovate, and has experience as an end-user of research in various product management and marketing positions. In each of these roles he was involved in the creation, development and launch of new products and new product research.
Additionally, he is a recognized authority for online data collection methods and data quality. He has been a frequent speaker on these topics at research events around the globe.
His last two years have been dedicated to one of the hottest topics in research - social media and how it can be employed in the research process.
Wally holds a Masters of Business Administration – Marketing from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
