Anna Ritichie, previously Head of Customer Experience Insight at Virgin Media, has joined leading market research specialist’s eDigitalResearch as Research Director, as the company bolsters its insight and technical capabilities with eighteen new hires throughout autumn.

Speaking about joining the company, Anna comments,
“I first met eDigitalResearch four years ago and have worked with them in my last two insight roles at GE Money and Virgin Media. The ability of eDigitalResearch to tackle and deliver complex insight projects and add value, whilst being a pleasure to work with, impressed me right from the start. I am absolutely delighted to be joining the team and look forward to contributing to the future success of an impressive list of clients”.

Other key appointments throughout eDigitalResearch include Research Manager Katharine Watters who joins the retail team, as well as Gillian Gargett joining the technical team as Data Manager, with a specific role in further developing the firm’s international research solutions. The recruitment drive marks a record breaking 30% growth in headcount for the company.

The appointments also see several key promotions throughout the organisation. Steve Brockway has  moved to the position of Research Director for the retail team, whilst Kat Hounsell has made a similar move to Research Director within the media and travel team. Research Manager Nada Gillard has also moved to Account Director for Tesco.

Derek Eccleston, Head of Research at eDigitalResearch, comments,
“It’s great to see so many new faces at eDigitalResearch, whilst at the same time watching some more familiar faces progress their careers at the company. We’ve always invested a lot of time and effort into our employees to continue providing an outstanding service to clients and this is reflected with another record breaking nine employees successfully passing their MRS advanced certificate this year. We’re hoping that the next few months will bring even more opportunities for growth following our international expansion into Europe and Australia, creating further job openings and driving development throughout 2012”.
