Following record results in 2011, FreshMinds Research has further strengthened and expanded its team with the dual appointment of Rosaleen Goldrick and Ross Antrobus to its senior management team.
Commercially minded with extensive brand experience, Goldrick has stellar leadership credentials and takes up the role of Head of Team, Consumer Goods and Gaming.
A highly experienced methodology-neutral researcher, Goldrick joins FreshMinds from HPI UK where she was Partner for four years, responsible for developing strategic relationships on client accounts, team management, new business development and project delivery. Prior to this, she was Business Development Director at MarketTools UK, and before this Research Director at MetrixLab UK where she led on NPD, U&A, segmentation, pre-advertising testing and other commercial research projects for major brands such as L’Oréal, Unilever, Nissan, AOL and Samsung.
With 13 years’ experience heading up major quantitative and qualitative projects, Ross Antrobus joins FreshMinds as Head of Team, Retail and Automotive.
Antrobus was most recently Account Director at Nunwood where he worked with financial, FMCG and media clients, designing, implementing and delivering bespoke research programmes to grow brands and extend customer reach.
Antrobus cut his teeth at Millward Brown UK, using his strong communication skills to deliver informed commercial insights to multi-national clients such as Unilever, NatWest, Coca-Cola and Ericsson. After a three year stint at Müllerlight UK, managing all brand marketing and activation projects, he returned to Millward Brown in 2008 as Account Director working with leading businesses including Bacardi Global Brands and Nestlé Confectionery on consumer-led marketing activity, overseeing projects from initial design to final delivery.
