Simpson Carpenter today announces the hiring of Paul Griffiths as Commercial Director, Duncan Fergusson as Director, Major Studies and Olga Piwonska as Research Executive, Major Studies.
Paul joins the Board of Simpson Carpenter, and will help deliver the continuing progress of the business as one of the UK’s leading research agencies.
His role will include client liaison and research delivery across a range of sectors, including Retail, Automotive and Technology, Media and Telecoms. In addition Paul will input into the strategy and organisational development of Simpson Carpenter as it continues to grow.
Paul joins from TNS UK where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles, including Director of Change Management, Head of the Financial Services practice, Commercial Director for the Consumer sector, and Director in the Technology Sector. Prior to TNS, Paul completed an MBA. He started his career at Lloyd’s of London, the global insurance market.
Duncan joins the Major Studies team as a director. Duncan will help the Major Studies team build further on its established success with large-scale quantitative and qualitative programmes. Duncan brings 12 years’ international experience to Simpson Carpenter, with a passion for delivering research-based advice to improve clients’ decision-making.
Duncan joins from ICM, where he was a Director in the technology team, specialising in generating insight in B2B categories.
Olga also joins the Major Studies team as a Research Executive, where she will support the team in all aspects of study design and delivery. Olga has a BA (Hons) in English and Spanish from Roehampton and a Masters in Slavonic Studies from Oxford.
