US-based research and consulting firm The Marketing Workshop, Inc. (MW) has announced the hiring of Heather Ivkovich to the position of Account Manager. Ivkovich joins the firm with a deep history of research experience acquired from over a decade at TNS, starting as a Project Director and most recently as an Account Executive.  

During her tenure at TNS, Heather worked with clients across a wide variety of industries including several Fortune 100 companies. Additionally, she has significant research experience working with non-profit organizations.

In sum, Heather brings a broad array of knowledge regarding the latest qualitative and quantitative techniques and is very focused on the leverage of social media/digital technology into the market research landscape.

“Heather’s demonstrated ability to apply leading edge research technologies to solve client needs makes her a perfect fit for the MW team,” said Scott Layne, President.  

Ivkovich is a graduate of Oglethorpe University, where she earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior.
