CIE, Chime’s Insight and Engagement Group, today announced the appointment of Caroline Bates, a seasoned client-side brand marketing and research professional who joins the group as a Board Director. Bates’ previous position was at Telefonica O2, where she was most recently Head of Brand and Marketing Strategy.
Bates brings a wealth of client-side experience to the Group, having previously headed up the Strategy and Insight function at Telefonica O2.
