ThinkNow Research, one of the leading Hispanic market research firms, recently announced that Gus Peña would be joining their team as Online Research Director. In this role Peña will be working directly with Hispanic online sample clients and be responsible for managing their projects from beginning to end.

Peña said, “The Hispanic Market Research arena has always been something of great interest for me and I'm pleased to have joined a leading Hispanic Market Research firm which focuses on innovative online and mobile methodologies to help clients understand the Hispanic market."

Prior to joining ThinkNow, Peña was Global Operations Director at uSamp where he worked with Fortune 100 companies to help them maximize their return on their research investment and managed global operations for project delivery, including overseeing project managers in the U.S., UK, and India.  Prior to that he was a Research Director at J.D. Power and Associates.

According to ThinkNow co-Founder, Mario X. Carrasco, “As we continue to experience exceptional year-over-year Hispanic sample sales growth, it’s critical that we maintain and enhance the level of project management and support on which we’ve built our reputation.  The expansion of our team with experienced Hispanic sample professionals like Gus Peña helps us to do that.”  Growth in the U.S. Hispanic population and a continued increase in Hispanic market research spend by companies such as Jamba Juice, MARS and Campbell’s who are looking to stay ahead of this demographic trend has propelled Hispanic sample sales in ThinkNow Research’s Hispanic online panel division.
