ThinkNow Research, one of the leading Hispanic market research firms, recently announced that Gus Peña would be joining their team as Online Research Director. In this role Peña will be working directly with Hispanic online sample clients and be responsible for managing their projects from beginning to end.

Peña said, “The Hispanic Market Research arena has always been something of great interest for me and I'm pleased to have joined a leading Hispanic Market Research firm which focuses on innovative online and mobile methodologies to help clients understand the Hispanic market."

Prior to joining ThinkNow, Peña was Global Operations Director at uSamp where he worked with Fortune 100 companies to help them maximize their return on their research investment and managed global operations for project delivery, including overseeing project managers in the U.S., UK, and India.  Prior to that he was a Research Director at J.D. Power and Associates.
