Carter joins Facts International having previously worked at research agencies that include Opinion Leader and Diagnostics where she led on key accounts, and managed large-scale national and international research projects. Most recently she was a research consultant working for businesses that include Populus and the Design Council.

Carter will take on a proactive role in managing the growth of the business alongside Managing Director, Emily Kettle, and will focus on building client services teams and driving the delivery of excellence across all areas of the company, in particular face-to-face and telephone research projects. Carter will also be a UK-based research specialist for Facts International Australia, the company’s specialist APAC fieldwork business that has recently benefitted from a number of significant client wins.

The appointment follows another year of strong financial growth at Facts International, which continues to buck the industry trend by performing ‘ahead of expectations’ year on year.

Emily Kettle, Managing Director, Facts International, said: “We’re delighted to have Sarah at Facts International. She enjoys getting to the heart of complex issues using her extensive experience to deliver robust and actionable research recommendations, and I look forward to having her on the team.”

Sarah Carter said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Facts International and am looking forward to helping make 2014 as much of a success as 2013 was for Facts International.”
