The Chime Insight & Engagement Group (CIE) today announced eight new appointments across multiple businesses within the Group including Facts International, CIE Commercial, Watermelon, and Cherry Picked, as well as career moves and a new appointment within Opinion Leader. These moves signal a significant period of growth and development for the business as a whole.

Cherry Picked, CIE’s qualitative fieldwork offering, has appointed Jessica Turner as Qualitative Fieldwork Consultant. Turner has more than ten years’ experience in research and previously worked for healthcare service provider WorldOne as a Qualitative Services Manager.

Watermelon Research, Chime’s specialist digital research arm, welcomes three new hires including analysts Isobel Rudlin, Liam Kilby, and Annabel Wood. Rudlin previously worked as a Planning Assistant at a property consultancy, Kilby specialised in SEO optimisation and HTML code, and Wood joined from a previous role in education.

Facts International, the specialist fieldwork business, introduces two new team members with Lora Webb joining as Research Executive and Janine Waters joining as HR Manager. Waters, previously at Saga Group plc, worked across a variety of industries including manufacturing and financial services, and joins Facts International to help continue grow and develop the business. Webb, who holds a first class honours degree in psychology, joins from The Pixel Farm where she held the role of lead marketing executive.

CIE Commercial welcomes Ashley Lewis as Insight Manager, who joins from start-up research business Bamm, and will bring expertise in visual research techniques to better understand consumer motivations.

Opinion Leader, the full service consultancy within the CIE group, announces two strategic moves within the organisation, as well as a new joiner. Managing Director Sinéad Jefferies’ responsibilities will change to play a more strategic role with clients of both Opinion Leader and the CIE Group overall due to a relocation to France. To facilitate this, her existing day-to-day team responsibilities within Opinion Leader will be taken on by Neil Samson, Director, who has been with the consultancy for eight years. In addition Opinion Leader has recruited Sania Haq, formerly of RS Consulting, as Research Manager. An enthusiastic and competent researcher, Haq is experienced in a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and holds a Masters degree in international public policy.

Chime Insight & Engagement Group CEO, Crispin Beale, commented: “I’m delighted to welcome such a wealth of talent to our teams, spanning a wide breadth of industries and research methodologies. As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we know our people are central to ensuring our continued strong performance and to meet our clients’ growing needs. I’m confident that all of these individuals will make a vital contribution to the business success of CIE Group.”
