DJS Research Ltd launches online parents, kids and teens market research community, Chatter Zone PDF Print E-mail

Full service Market Research agency, DJS Research Ltd, has launched a unique parents, kids and teens market research community, Chatter Zone, which will be on-hand to complete tasks, test hypotheses and provide opinions for a range of blue chip and other clients. 

For a limited time only, Chatter Zone is offering a small number of clients the chance to set the community a task completely free! Once DJS Research Ltd launches online parents, kids and teens market research community, Chatter Zonecompleted, the team will provide a report, which will capture all the insights collected over a period of 4 weeks.
 
The community is comprised of 100 kids and teens, aged between 8 and 18, and a further 50 mums and dads, with children within the same age range.
 
Clients who choose to include the community in their market research strategy can choose from a variety of different tasks for participants to complete, such as: forum discussions, consumer feedback, creative tasks, mini-polls, surveys and personal tasks.
 
The tasks will be completed over a 4 week period and once finished, the Chatter Zone team will prepare an insight driven report. This will include: visuals, videos, case studies and infographics, all used where appropriate.
 
Gill Redfern, Research Director at DJS Research and Quality Director of Chatter Zone, said of the community: “We’re all really excited about launching Chatter Zone, our parents, kids and teens community, next month!  The DJS Chatter Zone team brings together experts in qual, online communities and kids/teen research and collectively we have created a community which will allow our clients to access insights from families ‘on-demand’.
 
Many of our clients’ customers, or at least end users, are under 18 years, and often their research plans and budgets do not extend to speaking to this younger audience on a regular basis.  Chatter Zone offers clients an affordable and accessible way of capturing valuable feedback from both kids/teens and their mums or dads.”

In addition to Gill, Alex Noden, Chatter Zone Project Manager, will focus on the management and day to day running of the community. Alex will work closely with Gill to ensure that the community runs smoothly.

Matt Walker and Lian Nuttall, have both taken on the role of Community Manager, which involves liaising with the participants and recruitment team, as well as putting together outputs for analysis.
 
Anthea Thompson, Operations Manager at DJS Research will oversee the recruitment and screening of participants and ensure that the MRS Code of Conduct is followed during the research, especially when recruiting those under 17.
