Leading global research agency, Facts International, announced the promotion of four members of their Ashford-based team as part of its continuing mission to develop and recognise talent.

The company has enjoyed significant recent growth, with news of eight new appointments in the team. The decision to promote existing employees to more senior roles is a clear signal the company is dedicated to further recognising talent and promoting from within.

After a year in the position of Research Manager, Gemma Stephenson is promoted to the role of Associate Director. Gemma brings a wealth of insight to the position, with experience across the healthcare and market research sectors. Having previously worked at Medefield, she has a strong background in fieldwork and new research product management.

Further strengthening the team is Kerry Barringer. Kerry’s keen eye for detail and aptitude for complex market research approaches have enabled her to develop at a rapid pace. Having joined Facts International as a Research Executive in 2013, she now takes on the role of Research Manager. With former employers including Turner Broadcasting System, Kerry has substantial experience in consumer analysis and is an invaluable member of the team.

Also moving to the position of Research Manager is Chris Sausman. Formerly a Senior Research Executive, Chris excels in client management and displays a high level of skill with inferential statistical methods. Chris brings an extensive knowledge of research to his new role, having recently completed a PhD in Management Science and taken part in a research project in the Middle East and North Africa.

Having graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science, Lynsey Clayton joined Facts International in 2014. As the newest team member to take on a new role, Lynsey is particularly expert in data analysis. She has now progressed to become a Senior Research Executive.

Emily Kettle, Managing Director, Facts International, commented: “We are immensely proud to have such a high calibre of talent within Facts International. Their achievements and the results they generate are central to continuing our strong performance, and we are committed to recognising our team’s accomplishments. I am delighted to be able to promote so many of our own talented individuals and I’m confident that they will excel in their new roles.”
