The workshop program for this year’s Research & Results, which takes place on October 28 and 29, has been finalized. Under the slogan “Knowledge of your Market. Today and Tomorrow,” more than 120 speakers will present the central topics of market research in 99 workshops. Registered visitors may view the exhibits in the exhibition halls and attend the workshops free of charge. Online registration is now open to all specialist visitors.

This year, the market research trade fair Research & Results more than lives up to its slogan, “Knowledge of your Market. Today and Tomorrow.” In 99 workshops, selected speakers will address the most important topics in the area of market research. In particular, these include: Big Data & Analytics, Data Processing, Data Capturing Methods, Electronic Measurement, Customer Satisfaction, Communities, Implicit Approaches, Brand Leadership, Branches and Target Groups, and Best Practices.

The 99 workshops will address topics of great interest to operational market researchers and market research institutes, such as “The Customer Journey in the Era of Digital Transformation: Opportunities for the Brand, Challenges for Market Research” and “IT Security in Market and Social Research: Empirical Results and Checklists for Relevant Requirements.” For marketing and sales experts, workshops such as “Customer Experience (CX) Trends 2015: What Customers Want” or “One Step Ahead of the Future – with Digital Advertising Effect Forecasting” could be very useful. “We’re anticipating an excellent program at Research & Results this year, on the occasion of our 10th anniversary. The trends and issues that are frequently discussed within companies will be addressed, be it in the market research department, in marketing, in sales or at the agencies,” says Martin Sippel, one of the directors of the organizing company. Registered specialist visitors gain free admittance to workshops and exhibits representing over 160 companies from 23 countries. We expect up to 3,000 participants.
