Market Probe, a global market research and consulting organization with world headquarters located in Milwaukee, WI, announced the Raymond Lo – Senior Director, Market Probe Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Raymond Lo has recently joined Market Probe as Senior Director for the APAC region. In his role as Senior Director, Raymond will be working closely with Market Probe’s Asia Pacific Managing Director Saji Kumar in developing new approaches to research and consulting for private sector clients in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and India markets.

Raymond has 13 years of experience in research insights and consulting. Prior to joining Market Probe in Singapore, he has held several senior positions across both agency and client side in Australia.  His most recent role was for a boutique agency in Sydney where he led and executed large B2C and B2B tracking studies covering NPS, satisfaction, and key drivers of these metrics, as well as market sizing studies for major financial and telecommunication clients.

Raymond has also held senior positions on the client side with Australia’s largest telecommunication company Telstra Corporation, where he was the ‘mobility insights lead’ managing all research relating to mobile products, and then with News Corporation where he was the primary lead on all ad-hoc research. Raymond was recently awarded the ESOMAR Global Innovation and Technology Award for his paper “What lies beneath the multiple screens” which was presented at the 2015 AMSRS conference in Sydney, Australia program and Southern Illinois University’s master of marketing research program.
