The Chime Insight & Engagement Group (CIE) today announced new appointments at Facts International, Opinion Leader, and fast-growth digital business, Watermelon. The appointments build on the announcement of eight new hires in April this year, a further demonstration of the significant growth the Group continues to enjoy throughout 2015.

Alpa Virdi joins Opinion Leader as Associate Director following 20 years of experience in a variety of client-side and research agency settings. Virdi specialised in the not-for-profit, business-to-business, and customer services sectors. Her role at Opinion Leader will see her support the Research Directors in developing creative commercial insight by growing and developing client accounts, delivering outstanding qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, while also providing best in class line management.

Facts International welcomes Rachel Robinson to the team as a Senior Research Executive. Robinson will work to maintain and enhance customer relations, and will operate predominantly with telecoms and FS clients in the business. She joins following three years at GfK, working in the health department to complete a variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to beginning her career in research, Robinson studied Psychology at Portsmouth University.

Angela Murray joins Watermelon as a Consultant and will be primarily working within the Voice of Customer team, assisting existing clients and managing ongoing projects. Having previously worked at market research and technology company, Toluna, Murray moved to Aurora Market Research in 2008, where she managed online research projects from start to finish. Angela brings with her a wealth of experience in fieldwork management, questionnaire scripting and design, and the building of online reporting platforms across a variety of sectors.

“It is fantastic to be expanding our teams across the entire Chime Insight & Engagement Group at such a great pace,”
commented CEO, Crispin Beale. “Our rapid growth reflects the impressive focus and drive of our employees to ensure our success, and we look forward to continuing this strong progress into 2016 as we continue to innovate and improve our offerings to best meet the needs of our clients.”
