In a programme filmed by ITN Productions and produced in partnership with CCA Global, Facts International’s multi-award winning insight generation tool PowerProbe™ premiered as part of an in-depth online programme called “Raising the Bar”.

Introduced by national newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky, “Raising the Bar” features key industry interviews and news-style reports along with sponsored editorial profiles.

Filmed on location at Facts International’s offices in Ashford, Kent, Raising the Bar investigates organisations which, in an increasingly digital market, have taken an integrated customer service approach to differentiate their brand and transform their propositions.
PowerProbe™ bucks the trend of traditional interviewing by putting the customer/respondent in the driving seat. Available to use with CATI, face-to-face and online methodologies, PowerProbe™ delivers faster more engaging interviews, real-time feedback and analysis of changing trends, as well as increased granularity of verbatim comments.
