TNS STRENGTHENS SECTOR EXPERTISE ACROSS EXPANDED GLOBAL GROUP ALM REGION

Hong Kong, July 7th 2006…TNS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Murray Campbell former TNS New Zealand Managing Director to the role of heading up the company’s Polling and Social-Government research sector across the Asia Pacific-Latin America-Middle East and Africa (ALM) region. Campbell will also take responsibility for Travel and Leisure sector developments.

Regional Managing Director, ALM, James Hall said, “This move is consistent with our global strategy to focus on sector development. We are already the global leader in Social and Government research and our intention is to build on this as well as strengthen our position in tourism related research.”

Murray’s appointment comes shortly after Lee Ryan’s transfer from New Zealand to Singapore where he will assume responsibility for regional qualitative research development, and Graeme Jacombs’ relocation also to Singapore where he will support the growth and development of TNS’ Healthcare sector.

James Hall went on to say, “These appointments point to the extremely strong capability that has been developed in New Zealand and is now being used to complement our strength across the 30 countries in the region outside North America and Europe in which we have offices.”
