When it comes to lingerie, do you know what type of woman you are? A new study claims to be able to predict the type of woman you are with high accuracy. According to the study, online American women fall into one of five groups: the Career Woman, the Young & Fun, the Busy with Kids, the Experienced, and Ms. Online Plus.

Anderson Analytics, a marketing research firm conducted the study on behalf of a new online lingerie boutique, Gigi’s Closet. The study conducted among online American women, used new research techniques to psychologically profile women in order to better understand women’s attitudes about underwear. Statistical analyses were then used to place women into one of five groups.

Women in these groups were found to be psychologically distinct from one another. Specifically, Career Woman, Young & Fun, and Ms. Online Plus were far more interested in lingerie compared to the Busy with Kids and the Experienced groups, who were more likely to hold negative views towards lingerie. Each group also held several other unique opinions and attitudes about their bodies and clothing.
