Founded by Kristin Luck and Ji Yeong Kim, Forefront draws upon its team’s extensive supplier side research experience to provide expert servicing and support to market research suppliers via Forefront’s innovative online survey, operations and technology solutions.

Founder and CEO Kristin Luck
Kristin Luck was one of the original pioneers of the multi-media online research business 9 years ago when she joined ACNielsen to assist in the development of proprietary capabilities for testing full screen video and other multi-media materials securely online. More recently, she co-founded OTX (Online Testing Exchange), building what was one of the fastest growing research companies in the US in 2002 and ’03 (Advertising Age - Honomichl Report). Luck is a proven industry leader in melding traditional research and product development with a bold usage of new and developing technologies and research methods. With a strong knowledge base and experience in both custom entertainment and packaged goods research, she has also served as an instructor at UCLA for the past five years on global entertainment marketing and research.
Founder and COO Ji Yeong Kim
An industry veteran with over 9 years of supplier side research experience, Kim brings a wealth of operational and data management experience to Forefront. Kim is responsible for the creation of some of the industry’s most innovative techniques for the handling of market research data such as the integration of relational databases in data processing. Widely known for his ability to handle the most difficult projects, Kim is adept and knowledgeable at handling everything from large scale syndicated tracking studies to projects using mixed-mode methodologies.
