FSA survey of financial capability shows generational divide The results of a major survey for the Financial Services Authority, exploring the personal financial capability of the UK population, have attracted widespread interest. The survey - the largest of its kind ever undertaken in the world - was conducted by BMRB, who carried out more than 5,000 45-minute in-home CAPI interviews. Development work and analysis of the findings were undertaken by the Personal Finance Research Centre at Bristol University.
