Scotland offers best financial activity prospects in coming months Regionally, activity rates range between a low of 77% in Wales and a high of 86% in Scotland. In England Yorkshire/Humberside (86%), the North West and East Anglia have the highest activity rates. Scotland has the highest savings activity rate (79%). The highest proportion of intending borrowers is found in London (30%) with the greatest proportion of people expecting to service debt (40%). http://www.jgfr.co.uk
