Gaining a Career in Market Research 15 Years, 2 Months ago
Hi everyone I'd greatly appreciate any help or advice you could give.

I currently live in London, England and I graduated in 2008 with a degree in Psychology.
I am now trying to gain a career in MR.

I have been working for the last three years but not in a challenging role due to health reasons which I have recently overcome.

As I have a lack of experience in MR, as well as applying to graduate roles I have also been approaching companies to gain work experience or an internship.

However, I am having little success.

Should I simply keep applying to companies for jobs and internships or would it be better to try and take a recognised course? Are there any events where I could network with MR professionals? Or is there a specific way I should be approaching companies.

Any help or advice you could give, even if its not directly related to the questions posed, would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I think market research analyst and added analyst positions but accept been told that in change to be qualified. To angle yourself as an analysis analyst, you should accommodate a ability point presentation you created that shows how you helped determine a business question, accepted a solution. I would charge assertive years of experience.

I know a guy who works for a Kansas City payroll solutions company and they do a lot of market research. There is a lot of demand for market knowledge in many industries. I think this is a good profession to pursue.
