Does anyone else use Survey System (Creative Research Systems)? I have had never-ending issues regarding the export of charts to PowerPoint, which their support people cannot resolve. Initially I suspected compatability issues with Office 2007. It would only export a handful of charts and simultaneously overwrite existing powerpoint files for some reason. Same problem on another machine using Office 2007, yet was fine on a 3rd machine using 2010. So I upgraded to office 2010. It seemed fine for a while, but a month or so later it is now refusing to export PowerPoint files again.
Has anyone else had this problem?
