Hi All
I have a favour to ask.
I trying to do an "Actual vs Expected" analysis on brand imagery data. In the past I have always had software to do this for me but now that I am freelance I need to do it myself. I was wondering if anyone knew what the methodology behind it is?

It is better to do manually. Unfortunately I have no reference to do so, but you can find at google for stats, there may something new.
