I work for a London based recruitment company and I'm doing some research about what motivates people to change job? I'd like to hear your views on any of the following topics - timing - how often do you change your role, approach - do you find jobs online or use more traditional resources? motivation - are you looking for new challenges, better work environment or something else when you make that move.

Hi Mary,
You have selected very interesting topic for research.
I changed the job basically for new work enviourment. We can learn more thing by changing the jobs. Secondly money matters. If somebody is offering more money for the same work why should not work there.
Let me know your views just to know what other people things about this.

Hello,
Let me tell you from my point of view the key reasons for changing a Job in India are:
1. Most of MR Professionals are working for MR vendors not MR firms, so once the contract with the MR firm is over they have to switch over
2. As there are too many companies in India entering into providing ITES services to US/UK MR firms, they are offering very handsome salary and rapid growth
