Hi friends, Today getting hired in a IT firm has become tough.
Their interview process are not like before.
We need to prepare a lot to get through the interviews.
Mostly candidates do not clear the first section that is the aptitude section.
For preparing aptitudes, we have to work out a lot from R.S.Agarwal, Sakunthala devi books.
Also some websites provide sample
Software Placement papers..
They will be more helpfull to clear the quantitative section.Here you can find solved placement papers of leading IT firms.

Hmm.....I also agree with that as RS Agarwal is good book for aptitude test,I've also used this for my MBA entrance examination.

Oh! It seems applying for a IT company nowadays is like enrolling Masters Degree, taking a long aptitude test, writing essays and dissertations and etc. to get enrolled.
