Re:NFL Profile of 18-24 year old fan - Market Research Forum

Is there more in-depth information on the 18-24 year old and their affinity toward the NFL? How does that age group compare to the 13-17 year olds? What are their hot points of interest around the NFL and players? What keeps them engaged? They were the smallest group (10%) of all age groups, so what else is getting their attention activity wise: other fitness events (tough mudder; triathlon, etc.); general fitness activities (boxing; cross fit; etc.).

Any insights or additional sources of information into this age group is greatly appreciated.

As an NFL fan myself (23) I feel like the game requires more patience and understanding (things really acquired at a later age) than other sports. To be honest, I didn't really care about the NFL until I was in my early 20's, it was all basketball for me. I feel like thats the case for most young men under the age of 18, basketball is more of a fast paced game, very easy to understand, most anyone can play, and you can do it without a team. Great question.
