Hello,

Let me tell you from my point of view the key reasons for changing a Job in India are:

1. Most of MR Professionals are working for MR vendors not MR firms, so once the contract with the MR firm is over they have to switch over

2. As there are too many companies in India entering into providing ITES services to US/UK MR firms, they are offering very handsome salary and rapid growth
